Job Summary
HR Coordinator responsible for day-to-day HR support across HRIS data entry, compliance administration, reporting, immigration coordination, and employee document management. Responsibilities include processing hire sheets and PAFs, I-9 verification, onboarding/orientation, coordinating immigration cases, generating HR reports, ISO/KPI audits and record retention, organizing training and employee events, coordinating business travel and meetings, vendor coordination, and assisting with special HR projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, 2-3 years HR experience (immigration experience preferred), ability to handle confidential information, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Base salary $50,000-$70,000 with comprehensive benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with immigration cases preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
