Job Summary
onsite HR Coordinator role supporting HR department across multiple states. Responsibilities include managing the HR inbox, drafting and processing employment addendums, coordinating background checks and drug screening, maintaining employee data in iSolved, ensuring I-9 compliance, supporting HR reporting, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining documentation for compliance. The role involves coordinating with the HR Recruiter on candidate scheduling, posting open positions, and supporting process improvements aligned with Trajan Wealth’s people-first culture in a fully onsite setting at the Scottsdale, AZ office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in data handling
- Experience with iSolved or a comparable HRIS
- Familiarity with multi-state employment practices and HR compliance
- Experience in financial services, RIA, or professional services environment preferred
