Job Summary
Ensure CHHS compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws including FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and ADA. Conduct annual DNV, DHHS, and CMS risk analyses to create mitigation strategies and maintain an HR Compliance Audit Dashboard. Collaborate with leadership to develop, review, and revise HR policies while performing regular audits of records to identify and reduce legal risks. Prepare for external audits with regulatory bodies and design training programs on workplace harassment and discrimination prevention. Monitor accurate recordkeeping for personnel files, wage data, and training logs, then submit required government reports like EEO-1 logs and OSHA data. Work with finance, risk, and operations teams to align HR decisions with legal considerations.
Required Qualifications
