Human Resources Compliance Administrator

Job Summary
Review, revise, and align all HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines across locations while managing formatting, versioning, and approvals. Conduct personnel file audits, I-9 compliance checks, and documentation tracking to maintain audit readiness. Schedule and track mandatory compliance trainings, ensuring employee acknowledgments and communicating updates to stakeholders. Track LOAs and ADA accommodations in partnership with benefits and third-party providers. Prepare and file regulatory reports including EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA, and ACA documentation. This role supports the People & Culture team within a globally leading mobility service provider with operations in over 110 countries.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or Compliance within medium to large organizations
- concentration in employee relations, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- strong command of critical regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines
