Job Summary
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files, process employment documentation for new hires, status changes, and separations, and ensure HR records comply with retention policies. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate onboarding activities, and assist employees with benefits enrollment and general HR inquiries. Answer phones, greet visitors, and schedule meetings while supporting recruitment efforts and maintaining company rosters. Work in a combination of office and manufacturing floor environments, wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.

- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move throughout a manufacturing facility
