Job Summary
Executive Director of HR Business Resiliency and Incident Management leads a global HR resiliency team, acting as the executive liaison with Global HR and Firm-wide Resiliency Office leadership. Responsible for incident management across HR and firm-wide Employee Support, sustaining transparency with HR and Market/Location leadership, and guiding the resiliency lifecycle through planning, testing, and quality monitoring. Drives strategy to incorporate new technologies (including AI) to strengthen the resiliency framework and ensures alignment with HR resiliency procedures while engaging in strategic initiatives to evolve the global resiliency program.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Business Resiliency/Continuity, Crisis Management, Project Management, and/or Process Development and Improvement
- Proven people leader with track record of driving metrics-driven performance and coaching, succession planning and driving innovation
- Disruptor who challenges processes to improve effectiveness
- Ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively with senior leaders (verbal and written)
- Master relationship builder; influence senior leaders and drive business readiness activities
- Flexibility to support business during disruptive events spanning regions, weekends, and holidays
- Work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
