Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will support Arcata manufacturing operations at Wing Inflatables and Kokatat, serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and workplace policies for 300+ employees across two facilities. Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on organizational design, succession planning, engagement and retention, coaching managers, supporting recruitment and onboarding for designated units, ensuring compliant HR practices, driving change management, and employing HR data to guide decisions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field and at least five years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning. Preferred HR certifications (e.g., SHRM/CPHR) and experience in manufacturing or similarly complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in an HR generalist, People Business Partner, or HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and manager coaching
