Job Summary
HR Business Partner to support Arcata manufacturing operations at Wing Inflatables and Kokatat; serves as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and workplace policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; collaborates with HR Leadership, People Operations, and site leaders to strengthen HR practices and improve the employee experience; responsibilities include partnering with leaders on organizational design, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management; provide coaching on policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and employment standards; support recruiting, onboarding, development initiatives, and compensation insights; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of HR experience with strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and HR systems; salary range is $71,000 to $110,000 and final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in an HR generalist, People Business Partner, or HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and manager coaching
