Job Summary
Senior HR leader role for a manufacturing site: acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership, directing training and development, compensation/benefits, employee relations, and performance management; leads site talent acquisition, onboarding, background checks, and post-offer processes; coordinates temporary staffing and conversion decisions; drives organizational strategy, succession planning, and policy administration; champions wellness, employee engagement, roundtables, and events; requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 10+ years in HR with 5+ in leadership, and hands-on experience on the production floor. Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of HR experience
