Job Summary

Implement full-cycle HR support and consultation across the organization, including recruitment direction, talent management, and employee relations. Lead HR initiatives such as benefits enrollment, performance management, and leadership development while ensuring accurate data entry into HRIS systems. Cultivate relationships at all organizational levels, partner with managers on coaching and counseling, and conduct exit interviews to drive retention. Provide technical expertise for acquisitions, assist with AAP/EEOC reporting, and guide executive leadership on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate with payroll, manage HR specialists, and facilitate employee orientation programs. Maintain open-door policies for employee support and ensure consistent adherence to company guidelines and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of prior Human Resource Generalist experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Current knowledge of employment regulations/laws and HR related trends and processes
  • Proven track record of developing leaders and managing change during high growth periods
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiative in a multi-site enviroment
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience recruting highly technical engineering positions
  • Experience supporting and presenting information to senior leadership
  • Prior experience reporting from an HRIS system
  • Payroll experience
  • Microsoft Office to include Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with strong ethics
  • High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth organization
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, and passion for helping others and driving results
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to travel within the State of Florida up to 30% of the time
  • Must be able to work at the West Palm Beach, Florida Office Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
