Job Summary
HR Business Partner supporting facilities in Galesburg, IL. Responsible for onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS management; partners with senior HR management to implement policies and programs; conducts investigations and provides coaching and disciplinary actions; ensures compliance with employment laws and regulatory changes; compiles reports and maintains HRIS data; collaborates across departments to support a growing meat snacks operation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5-year HR experience required
