Job Summary
HR Business Partner provides cross-location HR support for Planet Fitness club locations in the assigned territory, focusing on employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, and people-first culture. Responsibilities include interpreting policies, investigating employee relations matters, advising club leadership, delivering training, coaching performance, analyzing HR data via HRIS, guiding onboarding for new and acquired clubs, and ensuring compliant hiring and interviewing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 3+ years in HR or related roles
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP (preferred)
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices
- Ability to travel to different markets on a regular basis
- Prior experience investigating employee relations matters
- Demonstrated ability to understand the overall business operation
- Previous experience supporting multi-location operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
