Human Resources Business Partner

Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives by serving as a strategic partner to assigned departments. Provide day-to-day consultation on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies while advising leaders on recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts, and facilitate performance review cycles, goal setting, and employee development planning. Manage employee relations matters and investigations, ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, total rewards, and organizational development. Promote a customer-centered approach to service delivery and support change management initiatives within public safety and community-focused operations.
