Job Summary
Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by providing full-scale HR expertise in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Support operations teams with 100% staffing levels, weekly payroll processes, and leadership representation for progressive discipline and leave management. Lead training and development initiatives, including employment practices audits, compliance programs, and manager coaching on SOPs and policies. Partner with legal and HR teams to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining current knowledge of industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years HR experience
- 2+ years of Manager experience supporting the full scope of HR practices
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in HRIS Systems
- Capable of teaching and holding peers accountable
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Organizational awareness and team oriented
- Proclivity in supporting and providing guidance to all
- Ability to apply discretion independently and maintain confidentiality as needed
- English fluency
Desired Qualifications
- Commensurate experience related to HR with a combination of SHRM/SPHR
- Spanish language
