Human Resources Business Partner

Align HR strategies with business goals and objectives by aligning Centers of Excellence business objectives—including Learning/Development, Compensation/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Labor Relations—with employees and management of designated business units. Foster partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the organization's business objectives. Maintain effective business literacy regarding the business unit's financial position, mid-range plans, culture, and competition. This role supports UC Health's mission to advance healing and reduce suffering as the region's adult academic health system.
