Job Summary
Build strong working relationships with managers across multiple departments while coaching leaders through employee relations issues, performance concerns, and difficult conversations. Serve as the primary HR advisor for workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and corrective action processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop sourcing strategies, and support onboarding to attract mission-driven talent, while identifying training needs and implementing practical learning solutions for leadership development and succession planning. Partner with site leadership to strengthen engagement, reduce turnover, and improve workplace culture at the Phoenix and Prescott locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Knowledge of federal and state human resources compliance and laws
- Ability to manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Approaches work with a positive, professional demeanor and a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule
