Job Summary
Partner with retail leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies to align HR priorities with business objectives. Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues while coaching managers on performance management, feedback delivery, and corrective actions. Collaborate on training needs, onboarding, and succession planning, then analyze turnover trends and engagement metrics to drive process improvements. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws by maintaining accurate records and managing compliance audits. This role supports organizational change and risk management within a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
- preferably in the retail or multi-location industry
- Solid understanding of HR practices

- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

- PHR, SHRM-CP, or working toward certification
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment supporting multi-site operations
