Job Summary
Strategic HR Business Partner to align human resources practices with organizational goals in Summit Pacific Medical Center’s healthcare environment. Partners with executives, physicians, nursing leaders, and department managers to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, compliance, talent management, and change management in a regulated setting. Responsibilities include advising on employee relations, guiding performance management and investigations, supporting recruitment and leadership development, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, and collaborating on compensation and benefits to support retention. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Healthcare Admin (Master’s preferred) with HR certifications preferred; strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Location: Elma, Washington. This is a full-time, non-union, exempt role with a benefits package; salary range $31.09-$44.41 hourly equivalent (annualized to approx. $64,667–$92,373 depending on experience). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
- Healthcare HR certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Desired Qualifications
