Job Summary
Provide daily support to the HR Manager, business leaders, and associates in generalist HR with focus on applying practices, processes, and tools to meet business needs. Responsibilities include assisting with employee relations, policy interpretation, employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, counseling management on performance management and progressive discipline, maintaining employee data, generating reports, handling unemployment claim processes, and performing other duties as assigned. Desired skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, HRIS experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and ability to collaborate across locations; experience in foodservice distribution, manufacturing, or dairy operations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years HR or related experience or a Bachelor’s degree and some hands-on experience
