Job Summary
Senior Human Resources Business Partner aligned with Lineage Logistics, partnering with local site leadership to drive business performance and talent outcomes. Responsibilities include implementing talent management processes, coaching leaders, driving succession planning and individual development plans, collaborating with regional HR and CoE on talent acquisition, educating stakeholders on compensation structure, conducting employee relations investigations with guidance from Legal when appropriate, leading HR team development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, analyzing absenteeism and turnover data for process improvements, and supporting payroll/benefits processes and leave administration. The role emphasizes partnership with site leadership, data-driven approaches, and a focus on Total Rewards alignment across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field
- 3 years progressive Human Resources or related field experience
- Intermediate HR legal and compliance knowledge
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
