Job Summary
HR Business Partner to support hourly/manufacturing workforce and partner with plant leadership to drive workforce planning, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Lead and manage employee relations issues, coach front-line supervisors on performance and engagement, and maintain a strong on-site presence to assess culture and proactively identify issues. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies for hourly and skilled labor, support retention and succession planning using workforce data to drive improvements, and ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace policies. This role involves partnering with compensation and leadership for pay practices, guiding performance management processes, and supporting a regulated gaming/lottery environment with due diligence/background considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of manufacturing, operations, or field-based workforces
- Strong experience supporting hourly employee populations and front-line leaders
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Experience working in multi-state environments
