Job Summary
HRBP serves as a liaison between system operations and the HR department, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added service to system leadership and employees. Responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying issues/opportunities, supporting employee relations matters, developing and implementing HR programs, advising leaders and employees on HR policies and employment law, and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years human resources experience required
- Valid State of Oklahoma Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle liability insurance in the amount required by SFHS guidelines
