Job Summary
HR Business Partner role supporting strategic HR initiatives across client groups; partner with senior management to design and execute talent strategies (succession planning, talent management, engagement, training delivery and coaching); leverage HR data to identify trends and advise on programs; lead organizational change and manage HR projects; travel to branch locations in Cambridge, Oshawa & Head Office as part of responsibilities; requires postsecondary education in Business/HR with CHRL preferred and 5+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience; strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills; located in Canada with in-person work at Toronto and North York offices.
Required Qualifications
- Postsecondary education with a focus on Business, Human Resources (CHRL designation preferred) and equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Human Resources in a generalist or HRBP role
- Union experience an asset
