Job Summary

Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, and resolution on system, program, and process matters. Deliver patient and family centred care while collaborating across a diverse workforce to mobilize people and lead by example. Apply critical thinking and Lean management knowledge to transform systems, encourage innovation, and strive for zero harm in the Saskatchewan health care system. Support First Nation and Metis history initiatives and Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action. Requires a Bachelor of Commerce or HR diploma, three years related experience, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Full-time temporary days shift with standby.

Required Qualifications

  • Three (3) years related experience
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
  • Human Resources diploma
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Computer skills
  • Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation
  • Communication skills
  • Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example
  • Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care
  • Knowledge in applicable human resource functions and disciplines
  • Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards
  • Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas
  • Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm
  • Knowledge in LEAN management system
  • Knowledge in organization's goals, vision, mission and values
  • Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and coach others
