Job Summary
Cultivate healthy relationships with internal business partners and consult line management on HR guidance. Collaborate with leaders to analyze trends and metrics, developing solutions for policies and processes. Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and resolve compliance risks while ensuring regulatory adherence. Proactively recruit for open positions, maintain candidate pools, and improve onboarding experiences through engagement initiatives. Provide policy interpretation and streamline administrative HR functions within the warehouse. This role requires 5 to 7 years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong judgment, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and UKG. The position is full-time, salaried, and based in Knoxville, Tennessee, with Monday-Friday 8am-5pm hours.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, best practices, and current regulations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Shift(s): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a few holiday expectations as dictated by the needs of the business
