Human Resources Business Partner/Recruiter

Job Summary
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition and HRBP duties in a downtown Wilmington organization. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, attract top talent, manage recruitment via ADP Recruiting, maintain postings and weekly reports, coordinate external recruiting with agencies/headhunters, oversee internship programs and career fairs, coordinate SparkHire video interviews, and support onboarding for new hires. Provide employee relations support and HR guidance on policies and procedures, manage leave (FMLA/ADA), coordinate unemployment responses, and represent the organization during hearings. Support benefits questions, open enrollment, compensation timelines, audits and compliance reporting (ACA, 401(k), EEO-1), maintain HRIS records and analytics, and drive HR process improvements and SharePoint resources. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in HR, 2+ years of HR experience in recruiting and employee relations, and ADP WorkforceNow/Microsoft Office proficiency; PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and leave management
- Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Microsoft Office Suite
