Job Summary
Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop people strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive success. Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, performance, and employee engagement while coaching managers through complex employee relations matters. Lead impartial investigations, prepare legally sound documentation, and advise on leave of absence and accommodation matters across multiple jurisdictions. Analyze workforce metrics to recommend proactive strategies and lead the adoption of HR programs and organizational changes. Leverage HR technology and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes. Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions and support acquisitions and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of federal employment laws
- Experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states with varying employment regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion
- Exceptional documentation skills with experience producing objective, thorough, and legally defensible employment documentation
- Experience conducting workplace investigations from intake through resolution
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess business risk and recommend practical solutions
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience using HRIS platforms
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and operational efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate human oversight
- Comfortable learning and adopting emerging HR technologies and automation tools
- Ability to interpret employment laws and company policies and communicate complex topics clearly to leaders
- Ability to influence without authority and build credibility at all organizational levels
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business operations and organizational growth
- Demonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states with varying employment laws
- Experience leading complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and organizational change initiatives
- Experience using HRIS platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve HR operations

- Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, or other high-growth organizations
- Demonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states with varying employment laws
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations
- SHRM / HCI certification
