Job Summary
Partner with business leaders as a trusted HR advisor, coaching managers on performance and navigating sensitive employee situations. Lead workforce planning, succession, and organizational design while project-managing cyclical processes like reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys. Manage end-to-end HR programs, handle employee relations matters including investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Leverage HR data and AI tools to drive efficiencies and present actionable insights to leadership. Based in New York City, Alpharetta, GA, or King of Prussia, PA, this role requires 7–10 years of HR experience and proficiency in Workday or ADP.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner capacity
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
- Solid knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, including sensitive investigations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, ADP)
- Clear, confident communicator — able to translate complex topics and present recommendations to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Desired Qualifications

- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SPHR, etc.) a plus
- Experience using AI tools and technology to improve HR processes, reporting, and decision-making
- Comfort working with HR data and analytics
