Job Summary
HR Business Partner role providing day-to-day HR support across assigned business units for a community health organization. Acts as primary HR contact, handling employee questions and concerns via in-person meetings, phone, or email. Responsibilities include benefits administration, compensation, recruiting (backup), employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, management coaching and counseling, and payroll-related system updates (Paycom), with travel to multiple sites. Hybrid position with three days on-site at NSCH facilities in Salem, MA. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and five+ years of HR experience; experience with Paycom and Paylocity is preferred. The role supports a diverse workforce within a healthcare setting and emphasizes policy interpretation, compliance, open enrollment, and collaboration with leadership and third-party administrators. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five plus years of human resources experience
- Experience with Paycom (preferred)
- Knowledge of Paylocity or similar HRIS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
