Job Summary
HRBP at Maola Local Dairies’ Newport News facility partners with site leadership to provide full HR lifecycle support for non-union managers and employees. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations investigations, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborates with Senior Director, Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain talent, design location-specific retention and development initiatives, support HR programs (compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, recognition, and records management), and develop training and workforce strategies aligned to business needs. Focus on partnering with leaders to implement HR solutions, develop programs, analyze HR metrics, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced manufacturing/operations environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 2 years of human resources experience
