Job Summary
Provide HR consultation to client groups across Employee Relations, Engagement, Compliance, Recruitment, Health and Safety, Performance Management, and Culture Building. Ensure consistent application of company policy and procedures while managing employee records, HRIS, WSIB, and WCB claims. Support acquisition activities, integrate HR systems, and implement policy changes through consultative guidance on legislative trends. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and prepare offer letters in collaboration with the Recruitment team. Travel regularly to multiple sites in the greater Toronto area.
Required Qualifications
- 4 – 7 years of experience in Human Resources
- This role is required to travel to multiple sites in the greater Toronto area on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- Post secondary education/certification in Human Resources preferred
- Certification in Human Resources (CHRP) is an asset
