Job Summary
Advise leaders and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and integrate top-tier talent, and design training programs to elevate workforce capabilities. Analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making and ensure strict alignment with company policies and employment laws. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights on people-related challenges and driving organizational change initiatives. Report directly to the HQ-based HR Director, delivering HR leadership across two manufacturing facilities and the corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
