Job Summary
Lead HR initiatives across two manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters by advising leaders on people-related challenges, designing strategic HR plans, and managing organizational change. Coach managers on performance and career development, champion diversity and inclusion, and partner with talent acquisition to build a robust workforce. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making while ensuring strict compliance with employment laws and company policies. Report directly to the HQ-based HR Director, delivering leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
