Job Summary
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, providing data-driven insights on people-related challenges and executing HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Advise managers on performance management and career development while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across two manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters. Manage organizational change initiatives, design workforce training programs, and ensure strict compliance with employment laws and company policies. Analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 5+ years of progressive HR experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience

- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
