Job Summary
Advise leaders and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations while cultivating a high-performance culture across two manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters. Partner with business unit leaders to design HR strategies that support organizational objectives, manage change initiatives, and identify top-tier talent for the workforce. Analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making and ensure strict compliance with employment laws and policies. Report directly to the HR Director, delivering strategic leadership in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience

- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
