Job Summary
HR Business Partner responsible for end-to-end onboarding and providing HR generalist support to ensure compliant operations in Bucharest. Responsibilities include advising on HR policies, conducting onboarding, training and coaching senior management, labour relations, performance management, discipline and absence management, talent development and succession planning, formal investigations, handling changes such as promotions and terminations, collaborating with hiring managers on interviews, providing feedback to applicants, making hire recommendations, supporting employee engagement activities, and managing local labour law and security clearance paperwork. Requires 5+ years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and familiarity with ATS tools (Taleo/Workday/SuccessFactors) with strong English and Romanian communication; hybrid work arrangement offered.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, or in a similar role
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors) is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian
- Hybrid working arrangement preferred
