Job Summary
HR Business Partner delivering strategic human resources support across Hospitality, Collective House Realty, and Development teams. Partners with leadership to translate business needs into HR solutions, guiding employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training. Drives data-driven insights, HR programs, and compliance with employment laws while fostering a culture of engagement and development. Requires 6+ years in HR, hospitality experience, and ability to travel locally and out-of-state; proficient in Google Workspace and Workday; SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive Human Resource experience
- Three (3) years specifically supporting the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience in HR required
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
- Ability to travel to our Hospitality (The Goat) locations both locally (50%) and out of state (25%)
- Effective oral and written communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace applications and Workday HR management system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
