Strategic internal HR consultant embedded with business units; provides coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and talent processes; leads HR policy development and administration; partners to deliver HR programs across compensation, benefits, training, and organizational design; guides workforce planning, succession, and change initiatives; ensures legal compliance and minimizes risk; collaborates with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or related experience, specifically working with employment law and employee relations issues
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
