Job Summary
Serve as a key point of contact for HR, payroll, and employee services matters, delivering accurate guidance and resolving issues through follow-up methods and quality checks. Collaborate with operational leaders to align support with site priorities, conducting ongoing audits of transactions to ensure system data accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Oversee the employment lifecycle, partner with operations on coaching and performance management, and compile payroll data for internal reporting while identifying trends for process improvement. Maintain HR files and documentation for audit readiness, develop training on HR and payroll topics, and evaluate workflows to promote efficiency and reduce risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
- Five or more years of HR experience in a large organization, preferably multi-site, with considerable contact with client managers and employees
- Must be able to travel as needed to facilities within assigned region and to Generations Support Center and/or other regions as requested
- This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process
