Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer, representing the company at hiring events and leading outreach to schools and trade programs. Support training programs, compensation programs, and rewards initiatives while guiding employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with all laws and utilize HRIS systems to maintain clean data and seamless processes. Assist business unit leaders as a strategic ally to drive performance, engagement, and culture. Available Monday through Friday in Encinal, Texas, with flexibility for occasional events outside regular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of HR supervisory experience
