Job Summary

Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with internal Operations teams on strategic HR issues, analyze trends, develop and execute HR plans and programs, and act as the main point of contact for HR initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring staffing and workforce planning with Operations, handling disciplinary actions and labor cases, coordinating training and onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, managing compensation and benefits communications, driving performance management improvements, delivering orientation sessions, enabling learning and development, promoting company culture and core values through employee programs, communicating changes to teams, and measuring engagement via climate and pulse surveys.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Law or equivalent (required)
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with an ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal relations skills; able to deal with people at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to self-manage daily duties and time in a fast-paced, dynamic, changing environment
