Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that support goals, workforce planning, and organizational performance. Provide guidance on core HR cycles including performance management, compensation, career development, succession planning, and workforce planning; coach leaders on team effectiveness and employee relations; support employee engagement initiatives with data-driven insights; participate in HR projects and change initiatives; support talent and succession discussions and develop internal pipelines; collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to apply enterprise HR standards and practices.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Professional HR designation (e.g., CPHR) considered an asset
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in complex/operational environment; familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday
