Job Summary
Engage leaders and employees in HR processes, procedures, and practices while coaching on people management and employee relations to ensure employment law compliance. Leverage Visions Strategic Centers of Excellence to build top talent pipelines, drive performance management, succession planning, and training, and implement people management practices that enhance business performance. Identify performance gaps across individuals, teams, and organizational structures to promote change management initiatives and evaluate best practices across the organization. Process payroll using ADP software and lead special projects as required. This role supports strategic talent acquisition and employee relations activities within the Everett, WA manufacturing unit, requiring a cultural driver with 4+ years of HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- PHR, SPHR, or other HR-related certification
- 4+ years of human resources working experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of HR law/compliance, compensation, organizational development, leadership development, hiring/termination processes, and risk management
- Considerable knowledge of payroll preparation, calculation, and processing methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
