Job Summary
HR Business Partner for Industrials Europe: serves as the primary HR lead across Europe, partnering with Industrials EU leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business performance. Provides advice on benefits, payroll, policies, and employment needs; supports recruiting efforts; maintains organization charts and employee records; leads initiatives with HR COEs and Legal to deliver integrated HR solutions; operates in a multi-country environment with complex regulatory requirements and Works Councils; focuses on aligning global HR strategy with regional needs and local requirements; emphasizes organizational design, capability-building, and transformation, with strong communication and collaboration across levels and with external partners. Requires a university degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent, strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and French; ability to travel ~20% and operate effectively in a matrixed Cross-European context.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English and French required
- Deep experience operating within complex European labor environments, including Works Councils (notably France)
