Job Summary
HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and leaders across assigned functions in Dallas/Fort Worth/Austin. Partners with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions, interprets HR policies, supports regulatory compliance, and provides guidance on investigations. Responsibilities include analyzing HR metrics, managing employee relations investigations, supporting visa sponsorships, coaching and developing managers, enhancing work relationships and retention, recruiting and hiring, and identifying training needs. Requires strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, confidentiality, and HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred). Travel up to 25% may be required. Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field; 2+ years HR experience; HR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
- Professional Human Resources certification preferred; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM
