Job Summary
Partner with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, workforce planning, and engagement while championing process improvements. Collaborate with remote HR teams to address initiatives and lead employee relations, retention, and recognition programs. Align HR goals with business priorities to drive solutions and adapt to evolving economic and policy changes. Manage a high-volume workload requiring strong organizational skills and conflict resolution. This full-time, on-site role requires a confident public speaker with at least one year of HR Business Partner experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA, pass a Level II background check, and submit to drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must exhibit good business judgment and acumen by being both confident and flexible in their views
- Must possess fun and enthusiastic disposition
- Must be capable of teaching and motivating a wide range of personalities and learning styles
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Business Partner or related HR/operations role
- Some undergraduate-level education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with training tools and techniques
- Strong conflict resolution skills (including both customer and employee interactions)
- Effective time management, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in call center operations or client services
- Experience in military or government (local, state, or federal) environments
- Background in contact center operations
- Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification
