Job Summary
Partner with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Own cross-spectrum HR processes by addressing HR-related matters, aligning strategies with business objectives, and recommending improvements. Promote engagement through a proactive, hands-on approach while driving innovation in HR practices and process improvements. Lead employee relations, retention, and recognition programs to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively. Adapt to a fast-changing work environment influenced by economic and policy shifts, demonstrating strong conflict resolution and communication skills. Submit to a Level II background check, drug screening, and pre-employment testing as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Must exhibit good business judgment and acumen by being both confident and flexible in their views
- Must possess fun and enthusiastic disposition
- Must be capable of teaching and motivating a wide range of personalities and learning styles
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Business Partner or related HR/operations role
- Some undergraduate-level education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with training tools and techniques
- Strong conflict resolution skills (including employee and customer-related issues)
- Effective time management, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in military or government (local, state, or federal) environments
- Background in contact center operations
- Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification
