Job Summary
Partner with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Own programs across broad HR processes, align strategies with business objectives, and recommend improvements while driving innovation in HR practices. Provide general HR support in collaboration with operations teams and partner with remote HR teams to address HR-related matters. Lead employee relations, retention, and recognition programs, adapting to a fast-changing work environment influenced by economic and policy shifts. Manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively using strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Business Partner or related HR/operations role
- Some undergraduate-level education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with training tools and techniques
- Strong conflict resolution skills (including employee and customer-related issues)
- Effective time management, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Must exhibit good business judgment and acumen by being both confident and flexible in their views
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in military or government (local, state, or federal) environments
- Background in contact center operations
- Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification
