Job Summary
Partner with team leaders to implement HR strategies focused on employee training, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Own cross-spectrum HR processes while aligning strategies with business objectives to recommend improvements. Promote employee engagement through a proactive, hands-on approach and lead retention and recognition programs. Address HR-related matters by collaborating with remote teams and the HR Manager, adapting to economic and policy shifts. Drive innovation in HR practices and process improvements while managing a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and interpersonal abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must exhibit good business judgment and acumen

- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Business Partner or related HR/operations role
- Must have some undergraduate-level education

- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have familiarity with training tools and techniques
- Must have strong conflict resolution skills (including employee and customer-related issues)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in military or government (local, state, or federal) environments
- Background in contact center operations
- Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification
