Job Summary
Human Resources Business Partner I - Nursing supports the hospital’s HR functions with broad HR generalist duties and policy implementation to align with the hospital’s goals, culture, and patient care focus. The role emphasizes partnering with all HR functions to ensure seamless employee experience, handles complex employee issues, and provides guidance on compensation plans, leadership presence, and credible communication across levels. Requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, high‐touch approach with leadership and subject matter experts. This is a 40-hour-per-week position in the Boston area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experience
